After being introduced to Dota by a member of his church’s community, Sun Yeob “QO” Kim immediately felt the urge to improve and win, and never looked back. Previously known as RoastedKimchi during his youth in Australia, he changed his name to QO which means “don’t back” when inputted on a Korean keyboard. That fits QO just fine; he’s a notoriously aggressive player who relishes in scoring a big play or taking a tough game. After dabbling in many games, QO settled on Dota due to the depth and room he had to improve. He originally planned to take a gap year from his science courses to compete professionally, but his career has since taken off, leading to his signing with Immortals.
